Robyn has an all consuming fervour for food. After University she attended Prue Leith Chefs Academy where she honed her skills in professional cookery. Her Career in cooking over the past 12 years has taken her far and wide. She has worked at restaurants in the UK such as Daylesford Organic where she developed a love for healthy sustainable eating. She was head chef of Fresh Catering in Johannesburg for 4yrs and then subsequently opened her own successful and beloved neighbourhood restaurant, Arbour Café in Birdhaven. She currently works as a food stylist and consultant and has taken great pleasure in creating a delicious and nourishing menu for Oxford Healthcare Retreat.
