Glynis is a Stress and Burnout Coach who brings multi-layered experience and approaches to guide clients through understanding their stress triggers, responses and ideal pathways out of burnout and into thriving.

She trained in psychology, handwriting analysis and business management before building a career in human resources which culminated in an HR Director role for a large company. Using her Masters in personal and professional leadership together with systemic coach training, Glynis developed her private coaching practice and makes use of a range of practical tools and assessments to bring deep insight and learning to her clients.

She works with individuals and organisations, having designed various programmes that develop mindfulness, resilience, authenticity and leadership.
