Carol initially qualified as a teacher and held a number of managerial positions within education. She left the profession to start her own events business specialising in catering, conferences and functions.
Carol joined the Oxford Group at the beginning of 2024. Her vision for the retreat is to further enhance the holistic guest experience; creating a relaxed, harmonious environment with nutritious, healthy food, allowing guests to replenish their souls.
