Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, we require 10 days’ notice in writing. For a 50% refund we require 5 days’ notice in writing and for a 25% refund we require 48 hours’ notice in writing.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of the invoice for your booking. A booking is not considered confirmed unless receipt of funds has been confirmed by us to you.
Payments not reflected at the time of check in will require a credit card payment. Additional treatments and/or any other ad hoc charges must be settled by credit card at the end of your stay and remain the responsibility of the guest to settle. No cash payments are allowed.
