Come experience a weekend of calm, quiet, gentle qigong exercises, mindfulness meditation and shiatsu acupressure massage sessions. We will spend time moving our bodies doing qigong outdoors, sitting in meditation to settle the mind, and receiving shiatsu therapeutic bodywork to balance the body and mind. All this will help stress to dissipate and will encourage breathing, circulatory and immune functions to strengthen. The aim of the retreat is to foster an inner environment of harmony and balance. These are vital tools to cultivate in the challenging times we live in.


Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation uses principles of mindfulness or calm abiding in order to remind ourselves of the innate tranquillity of mind. The intention of this is to allow the mind to settle so that we can have more clarity and spaciousness in our minds. We will acquire tools to help us settle the mind.
