Payment

1. Once payment to Oxford Healthcare Retreat is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please note that your booking is not confirmed without full payment for your selected package. This payment covers your Guesthouse stay and includes all meals and beverages, use of the guesthouse facilities: swimming pool, sauna, music chill room, lounge, veranda, your private en-suite room and balcony, floatation pool, yoga and the grounds of the property.
2. The costs of your individual treatments with our healthcare professionals are not included in your guesthouse stay as specified above. These includeconsultations with psychologists, physiotherapists, reflexologists, dieticians, general practitioners and any other specialist doctors or healthcare providers registered with HPCSA. All services provided by HPCSA professionals will be invoiced separately and must be paid directly to the health professional at the end of your final treatment. Once payment is made you may submit your statement to your medical aid for re-imbursement for these professional services.
3. In addition, any other service during your stay which we may offer you as part of your personalised treatment programme will be charged separately and must be paid directly to the service provider at the end of the final service.

 

Cancellation

For a full refund, we require 10 days’ notice in writing. For a 50% refund we require 5 days’ notice in writing. For a 25% refund we require 48 hours’ notice in writing.

Indemnity

1. By your signature on this booking form, you acknowledge that you attend the Oxford Healthcare Retreat at  your own risk and acknowledge that neither Oxford Health Centre Proprietary Limited trading as Oxford Healthcare Retreat, nor the owners of the property on which it operates or the professionals and healthcare providers associated with it (“collectively referred to in this indemnity as “Oxford Healthcare Retreat”) shall be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you related to, arising from or in any way connected with your visit to, accommodation in, participation in the activities of or use of the services or equipment of Oxford Health Care Retreat, whether such loss or damage arises from the negligence of Oxford Healthcare Retreat or any person associated with or employed by it in whatever capacity, or any other cause whatsoever. You accordingly indemnify and hold harmless Oxford Healthcare Retreat from any loss or damage arising from the causes referred to above both in your personal capacity and on behalf of any of your heirs, successors, executors or assigns.
2. By your signature on this booking form, you acknowledge that Oxford Healthcare Retreat is a Guesthouse that specializes in the management of stress, enhancement of wellbeing, recuperation and health management and is not a medical or psychiatric hospital, or a substance rehabilitation facility.
3. Oxford Healthcare Retreat reserves the right, on receipt of this booking form, to request a letter of suitability from your medical and healthcare providers. If Oxford Healthcare Retreat cannot accept your booking after receipt of the letter of suitability, then you will be refunded in accordance with Oxford Healthcare Retreat’s cancellation policy.
4. Oxford Healthcare Retreat is not wheelchair accessible for overnight stays at present.
5. Guests will be asked to leave the retreat if alcohol or recreational substances are consumed or brought onto the property, in which case no refund will be given.
