At Oxford Healthcare Retreat, we offer individual breathwork and mindfulness sessions designed to bring you closer to inner peace and mental clarity. Benefits of steam baths:
A few months ago we highlighted our newest therapy addition to OHR. Offering a variety of benefits linked to overall health, steam baths are an age old wellness therapy and we are thrilled to now offer this as an option to all our guests.

Steam baths offer numerous health benefits that can significantly enhance your well-being. They help to detoxify the body by opening up the pores and promoting the release of toxins through sweat. Steam baths also improve circulation, which can aid in muscle recovery and relieve joint pain. Additionally, they help clear respiratory pathways, making breathing easier, especially for those with congestion or sinus issues. The heat promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and can even improve skin health by leaving it refreshed and revitalized.

Set in the privacy of our expansive gardens, the steam room is available for all guests staying at the retreat to use and is proving to be very popular.
